Erin Fetherston: Next in Line for GO. International

Posted on: August 24, 2007

Erin Fetherston, an American designer who is based in Paris, has been tapped to create a line for Target’s GO. International campaign. I do love the campaign. I’ve bought a couple pieces from two past designers: a filmy white Tara Jarmon button-down tunic and a black cotton cropped Behnaz Sarafpour swing jacket. The Erin Fetherston line is set to launch on November 15th.

Some of the pieces are hit-or-miss while others are very cute and girly. Many of the designs are replicas of her Fall 2007 line, which can also be viewed on her web site, Erin Fetherston. Expect trapeze dresses–some more voluminous, others tucked in to create a smaller, more ruffled silhouette–and Peter Pan collars.

Her mother was also a great seamstress, which was a definite influence on la fashionista's foray into fashion. Sadly, her mother's sewing talent did not get passed on to la fashionista.

But that doesn't mean that she doesn't still love talking about fashion. Because she does!
